چکیده

Biofertilizers containing living organisms are attractive because of their potential positive impact on plant growth and reduced environmental effect compared to mineral fertilizers. Many studies have reported the growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) cyanobacteria, applied singly or in combination. In present study, combined PGPR cyanobacteria Triticum aestivum L. was examined a hydroponic system. Calothrix sp. Anabaena cylindrica were used as cyanobacterial strains, Chryseobacterium balustinum, Pseudomonas simiae fluorescens strains. addition parameters, total nutrients each treatment ability produce indole acetic acid (IAA) measured after 17 days treatments. The study results indicate that consortium five isolates gave best performance terms parameters. It increased by 36% for height combination P. simiae, dry shoot mass 80%, 77%, 76% under combinations A. with C. fluorescens, respectively. IAA confirmed treatments combining different microorganisms, using both colorimetric chromatographic methods. Thus, biofertilizers consortia this recommended improved wheat plants.

Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria: A Critical Review

Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are naturally occurring soil bacteria that aggressively colonize plant roots and benefit plants by providing growth promotion. Inoculation of crop plants with certain strains of PGPR at an early stage of development improves biomass production through direct effects on root and shoots growth. Inoculation of ornamentals, forest trees, vegetables, and a...

Plant growth promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR): a review

Soil microbial communities are often difficult to characterize, mainly because of their immense phenotypic and genotypic diversity. In the last ten years, a number of PGPR that have been identified has seen a great boost, mainly because the role of the rhizosphere as an ecological unit has gained importance in the functioning of the biosphere and also because mechanisms of action of PGPR have b...

Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria and root system functioning

The rhizosphere supports the development and activity of a huge and diversified microbial community, including microorganisms capable to promote plant growth. Among the latter, plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) colonize roots of monocots and dicots, and enhance plant growth by direct and indirect mechanisms. Modification of root system architecture by PGPR implicates the production of...
